I use my analytical judgement to negotiate and achieve specific objectives prioritizing conflicting tasks with competing deadlines. I appreciate the impact that shifting priorities involve and the complimentary dedication of resource allocation.Experienced in providing consultancy advice regarding archaeological and heritage assets, I have developed conceptual designs, methodologies, research frameworks, delivery programs and associated documentation for large scale research, commercial and infrastructural projects. I have also successfully led on multiple heritage, archaeological and rural projects. Excellent at communication and liaison with comprehensive people skills concerning diverse clients, grant funders, stakeholder groups, the media, governmental advisory departments and multi-disciplinary consultancies. I am very efficient, organized, able to work under pressure using my own initiative and very experienced at mentoring individuals and leading teams. Holding a Masters in Archaeological Heritage Management from the University of York, a BA Honors degree in Archaeology from the University of Wales and NVQ Level 4 in Business Management and Development from Devon and Cornwall Technical College.
