Within my current role with Aegon I am a proposition consultant for traditional products. This includes with range of tasks from project governace, stakeholder relationship, leading working groups, risk mitigations amongst other daily tasks. I am passionate about doing the right things for the consumer and making sure we are always considering vulnerable customer’s. My previous position with Scottish Widows, Lloyds Banking Group I have progressed from a Customer Advisor position to my current position of MI and Planning Business Data Analysis. Within my role of a Customer Advisor, this has involved dealing directly with financial advisors and servicing various products. My current role requires me to investigate data and implement changes for business needs based on this. I am required to use various platforms to perform this role and part of my responsibility is analysing business forecasts and effectively plan around these findings.
