The group excels in working with alloys and metals that are difficult to shape and form.Responsibility for bottom line improvements of 3 plants within the SBU in Northern England & Belgium.Organisation restructure has seen Belgium being moved to a new industry sector and no longer part of my scope of works. Now branched into putting a figure on cost of quality and risk for business, not only legislatively but improvements within operating cashflow and shortening lead times to clients. NCR is a major contributor to this and catalyst for "opening the toolbox" into TPM and other such projects via six sigma project hopper management & prioritisation.
