• My primary duty was looking into the feasibility of working with external ESP to compliment Intela’s Proprietary MTA’s and sending software.
• Email design and development.
• Email optimising and testing.
• Sending and analysis across several ESP’s.

• With it being a maller company my role was much more expansive than my later roles.My primary duty was overseeing the broadcast of approximately 25 million B2C emails per month on behalf of various Blue Chip clients.
• Managing a small creative team of two and overseeing the design and building of emails.
• Hands on design, development and testing of emails with the more complex campaigns.
• Establishing guidelines to ensure optimum inbox delivery and maximum email client compatibility.
• Triggering and Scheduling email deployments.
• Analysing email campaign results and reporting these to the client.
