Stuart Page began his journey in cookery in Hamilton, New Zealand, As a qualified Chef, he set off on a working holiday that began here in Australia and took him across the Orient discovering the wonders of Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, China, Bali and the Pacific Islands. This travelling and the food and dining he experienced have contributed to building his culinary expertise. With over 30 years in the industry as both an experienced Executive International Chef in 5-star hotel chain such as Hilton and Hyatt and Executive Management positions, have given him the motivation to set up an RTO “Evolution Systems for Training and Development” trading as Evolution Hospitality Institute (EHI) in 2005.
