For 35+ years I have loved and continue to love helping in the development of small community-based groups. The first 10+ years were in Texas and Kentucky followed by the most recent 24 years living and working in East and Southeast Asia. Now based in Little Rock, AR. I enjoy directly engaging with the community, equipping, empowering, mentoring, and coaching. Early on I did a brief sojourn working for Procter & Gamble as a global Program Manager for Knowledge Management in IT Service Management. A little over ten years ago I began experimenting with and helping community group members with the use of digital tools and content in group development. Initially this was mostly organic and personal but moved on to more broad scale tactics using web and social media channels including targeted marketing and intentional journeys. I provide coaching and mentoring in group development as well as training and strategy development in Digital Engagement / Social Media Marketing. Currently working with and serving partnership groups stretching from Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia and East Asia.
