Stuart is the Director and Owner of eps consulting and has worked in the industry for over 23 years providing high level planning and development advice on a variety of schemes. Whether it is supporting clients with land transactions, planning or construction, he has a huge drive for leading multi-disciplinary environmental projects and teams. This ensures that all facets of the project are aligned with the client's overall objectives. Stuart has extensive UK experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Ranging from small residential, commercial and change of use schemes, through to major urban regeneration projects such as the Winstanley Estate in Clapham Junction and the the Kensington Olympia redevelopment in West London. Stuart spent the first 8 years of his career on site supervising large scale ground investigation works across the UK. Including various former gasworks sites for National Grid Property Holdings and the London Olympics 2012 sites in Stratford pre and post bid award.More recently Stuart led a national multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy team of 40 colleagues and represented the company at board level. He was also Framework Director for large scale geo-environmental works with the Environment Agency and London Underground. Stuart enjoys working collaboratively to improve standards and practices and supports young and upcoming professionals to reach their full potential.Outside of work, Stuart has a young family and enjoys volunteering for a local charity, Sutton HomeStart, which supports families in the local area.
