eps consulting was established in 2021 by Stuart Phillips and Tim Conibear. We have over 40 years UK experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our projects range from small residential / commercial and change of use schemes, through to major urban regeneration and infrastructure projects. We support clients on geo-environmental aspects such as planning, environmental due diligence and construction.
