Teammate.I am an application scientist focused on x-ray techniques within the semiconductor industry, including x-ray fluorescence (XRF), x-ray reflectometry (XRR) and high resolution x-ray diffraction (HR-XRD). My Masters in Physics, PhD in Materials Science and Postdoctoral role in Chemistry have taken me to three different continents to hone my knowledge of ferroelectric thin films and other functional materials. My skills in a variety of metrology, characterization and material synthesis techniques have exposed me to many facets of the semiconductor and nanotechnology industries.
