This includes pupils, parents, teachers, kitchen staff, midday supervisors and governors.Based on these stakeholder consultations, lunchtime action plans are then developed to address concerns raised about for example, children feeling rushed, not having enough time to eat, long queues and noise levels.The action plans involve introducing ‘restaurant style’ lunchtimes where children sit in friendships groups, everyone waits for their friends before leaving and there is provision for those who want more time to eat to stay in the dining room for longer.
