* Led the Demand Planning & Inbound Logistics teams with six direct reports, reporting directly to the CEO.* Responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain across Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Control, Vendor Relations and Inbound Logistics. * Managed 2,500 active SKUs and Raw Materials across multiple diverse categories, Beer, Coffee, Drinks, Food, Household, Personal Care, Raw Materials, Spirits and Wines.* Working with multiple leading global companies such as: Heineken, Nespresso, Nestlé Waters, McCormick & Co, Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Ian Macleod Distillers & KWV. * Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams to conduct in-depth analysis of demand patterns, market trends and sales performance to achieve best forecasting accuracy. * Maintaining demand forecasts for all products & categories and execute supply plans based on these.* Directed and led demand planning reviews and S&OP meetings. * Inbound logistics operations, vendor management, transport planning, tracking visibility and preparations of customs clearance documents required. * Manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders, rates negotiation and partnerships planning. * Collaborating with customs clearance team to ensure full compliance with customs regulations. * Inventory management, allocations, replenishments, and movement of stock between warehouses. * Provide regular reports, data analysis, insight conclusions and improvement proposals to key stakeholders. * Manage, develop, and coach a team of six direct reports.
