Responsible for the management of DAF and Power Train business units.

Manage and provide parts technical support for the DAF Trucks brand to the PACCAR Australia dealer network and internal PACCAR Australia stakeholders.

Working under the Renault Trucks franchise my role entailed liaising with customers to ensure all their requests were dealt with quickly and to a high standard, this included identifying and locating parts, supplying information and offers in the Renault Trucks brand and building good working relationships with our wide customer base. The other major section of my work included identifying and procuring parts for the expanding bodyshop side of the business.

Responsibilities include identification and procurement of parts for the fleet workshop, performing regular stock takes, invoice processing, liaising with the service department and sales representative meetings.
