About Stuart S.
CA Models has been and still is a fantastic opportunity in a role i highly enjoy. Working with F1 teams, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Engineering, MOD, Oil and Gas Sector, and general prototyping industry to produce wind tunnel parts to prototypes to qualify designs. Over the last 20 years i have learned to program and operate various 3D Printing technologies in all of our departments, technologies including :- FDM ( Fused Deposition Modelling ) using Stratasys Fortus 900's. SLA ( Strereolithogrpaphy ) using 3D Systems machines including ProX 800's, iPro 8000's, iPro9000's, Vipers and Projet 6000 and 7000.DLP 3d Systems Figure 4's modular.SLS ( Selective Laser Sintering ) using EOS P-730's and P395's. Metal Laser Sintering using SLM 500's running Aluminium Alsi10mg and Titanium , and a Concept Laser M2 running stainless steel.Other machines i used in various roles are the 3D Systems Projet 660 pro which is a colour powder based printer, and for my own personal use i run a Zortrax M200.I am also a qualified Graphic Designer and still enjoy using the Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, I have also started retraining to further my knowledge in AutoCAD and Fusion 360.
