I was ultimately placed in a full-time analyst role in a group that creates systematic benchmark-relative equity products.

IDinsight is an international development organization that seeks to improve the way the developmentcommunity uses data to inform its decisions. My primary responsibilities were to design rigorous impactevaluations, collect data for those evaluations, and analyze and communicate the results of the study. As an early hire in the organization, I was able to quickly take on significant responsibility, eventually managing two large-scale education randomized trials in India. I was also a founding member of the Technical Team, which worked with evaluation teams to ensure rigorous study design and correct data analysis.
