Goodyear was purchased by SC2, which was purchased by Mitsubishi, so I have been affiliated with Mitsubishi as supplier or employee for 26 years. I have been a parts coordinator for MMMA for three years. I maintain a balance of inventory levels of more than 3000 parts in a just-in-time environment, using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. As a staff employee, I deal directly with executive management and hourly employees, as well as 135 domestic suppliers and transportation companies, to procure parts for the production line. I am adept at dealing with multiple problems at the same time.

I was responsible for the direct supervision, performance reviews, attendance and discipline of a diverse and varied workforce of 10-20 people. I was in charge of meeting the demands of daily production at the mounting facility. This SC2 plant was taken in-house by Mitsubishi in 2011, and I transferred there as a parts coordinator.

SC2 purchased the facility in 2008, and I maintained Assistant Plant Manager status at SC2.
