Develop and implement the methodological elements for Integrated Management System (IMS) auditing and for management of Non Conformities (NC), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA) and IMS improvement action plans.Manage the IMS auditors of the group.Plan and operate the IMS and Suppliers audits, relying on auditors both belonging and not belonging to IMS audit unit. Report globally on the status of the IMS, as seen through the IMS audits, the NC & CPA and the IMS action plans. Propose improvements of the IMS, notably as a result of IMS audits. Coordinate with Operational Quality ASTS to cover jointly the auditing requirements both from global and local points of view.
