I successfully oversaw major projects focused on quality improvement, resulting in increased patient satisfaction, better health outcomes, cost reduction, and service expansion. During my time at Alberta Health Services, I was the Northwest Lead for the Chronic Disease Management,and developed a comprehensive database for chronic disease management, which facilitated accurate datacollection, analysis, and reporting. This led to informed decisions on where services needed to be restructured to meet the actual demands and how they should be provided across the north-zone.
