Sole responsibility for all aspects of the business from day-to-day running, business development, financial control, and personnel.Utilising my management skill-set, I grew the both turnover and profit year-on-year and secured a major capital investment which was on target to achieve the projected ROI when I sold the business.

Responsible for all customer-facing documentation produced by the Technical Publications department to support the company's product lines.My accountabilities included:- As part of the senior management team, work to achieve divisional goals through definition andimplementation of strategy.- Responsible for the corporate documentation standard, publication processes, methodologies, tools, and infrastructure associated with the planning, production, and release of Technical Publications, taking into account the business requirements.- Drive consistency and quality of technical documentation through promotion of knowledge andunderstanding of Technical Publications functions, processes and procedures across ARM.- Continuously drive the Technical Publications function to exceed KPI targets and to improve efficiencyand scalability.- Responsible for line management of Technical Publications personnel including their motivation anddevelopment, in line with the Management Charter.- Work closely with engineering, project, and senior management to ensure documentation is completedsuccessfully and contributes most effectively to ARM’s commercial success.- Work closely with marketing, product licensing, legal, and support to ensure tight coupling of thecommercial requirements/commitments of the company with documentation activity, resource planning,and delivery.- Responsible for managing the Technical Publications department within budget.- Understand the different requirements of product knowledge that customers have and help to define,implement, and monitor the appropriate measurements of performance with respect to the effectivenessof technical publications within customers’ design teams. Continually drive improvements in customersatisfaction with technical publications content, usability and availability.

Responsible for securing and delivering training, documentation, and translation solutions to some of the country's leading retailers.

Responsible for the design and production of service documentation supporting the company's range of Critically-Ill Patient Montioring equipment.
