I have over twenty-five years of experience as an intellectual property attorney and have been associated with a number of prestigious national and international law firms. My practice concentrates primarily in the mechanical, electromechanical, and software arts. I provide my clients with counselling, intellectual property program development, patent portfolio management, and the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.I have experience in many aspects of patent law, including utility and design patent preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, and infringement opinions; due diligence reviews; and patent portfolio development and management.
