Key participant in the Ontario Energy Data Access Project working group and contributor to Green Button ‘Download My Data Guidance’ and ‘Connect My Data Reference Architecture for Ontario’. Led the development of the first implementations of ‘Download My Data’ and ‘Connect My Data’.Devised concept and architecture for leveraging existing Smart Meter and AMI investments to support presentation and accessibility of more frequent data to customers. Spearheaded design and implementation of cloud based customer portal solution to achieve greater performance, better user experience, reduce operational costs and isolate enterprise systems to manage cyber-security and privacy concerns.

Developed London Hydro's IT strategic plan, aligning operating changes and capital investments with overall corporate goals. Established plans for enterprise systems integration and technology consolidation to simplify the IT landscape, reduce training needs and provide greater support coverage. Responsible for architecture, design and integration of all IT solutions.Participated in SAP AMI Lighthouse Council and architected an Operational Data Store solution built around Itron Enterprise Edition including MDUS/AMI integration with SAP IS-U. Managed implementation and roll-out of information systems to support Ontario Smart Meter Initiative, including AMI integration, MDM/R interface development, billing system enhancements and transitional business processes.

Primary member of full lifecycle SAP IS-U implementation team, including migration and post go-live stabilization/support.
