Working within the Medical Imaging and Medical Physics Directorate, undertaking exploration and assessment of the case-for-change towards procurement and implementation of a new clinical decision support product (iRefer).

Managed a project to develop and implement new software (Imprivata Identity Governance) to automate IT account creation, modification, and archiving, resulting in improved efficiency and security. Harmonised data and process flows with other systems. Managed contractor resources and overcame technical and governance challenges. Developed an expedited incremental deployment schedule, releasing benefits to high-value staff groups.Managed a range of bespoke small-scale workstreams to remove legacy ODS Codes from a variety of applications and services.Provided governance and controls to a project tasked with improving quality of data across dozens of legacy systems prior to migration of these data sources into a new Trust wide Electronic Patient Record. Identified £200k of underspend in existing contracts utilizing it for appropriate use.Managed the initial development phases of a project to implement a new and unified Electronic Document Management System (Hyland OnBase).

Managed the transition from an on-premise Microsoft Exchange email to NHS Mail. Ensured that all user accounts, application accounts, distribution lists, etc were accommodated for with minimal disruption. Undertook extensive communications and engagement (including Trust-wide live streams) to apprise users of this significant transition, the benefits and schedule.Co-ordinated the migration of the desktop estate to Windows 10, ensuring compatibility and reducing trust exposure to cyber threats. Championed the criticality of the project to non-technical audiences, ensuring collaboration and engagement throughout the trust. Reduced Trust exposure (85% to <5%) with plans or mitigations in place for residual elements.Coordinated the implementation of an automated call tender (Netcall Liberty Converse) for the Switchboard Dept, resulting in reduced demand and improved service.

Managed a project to remediate cyber security vulnerabilities, resulting in a unified and collaborative approach to reducing organizational risk.Coordinated IT infrastructure improvements (e.g. LAN refresh) at core organization sites, acting as the central contact point between IT subject experts and organizational leaders.

Centrally coordinated work streams required to fast-time transition from a ‘scaled-back’ recruitment and training model, to one capable of significantly increasing the police officer establishment. Delivering key outcomes such as development of an intense recruitment calendar, estate and IT works to create a dedicated training centre, redevelopment of training and tutoring programs, reprofile of immediate and long-term supply chains (e.g. uniform/equipment, lockers, IT licences).Composed an outline business case in review of processes and IT systems used for recording staff training/skills. Avoided £500k of unnecessary spend by providing evidenced advice against a shift to an alternative market product.

Conducted process mapping of the organization's recruitment process, implementing changes that increased candidate applications and reduced attrition rates.Reviewed the 999/101 call centre and composed a costed business case for change, contributing to improvements in call grade of service and reduction in both failure-demand and incorrectly transferred demand.

Undertook audits, inspections and reviews as directed by senior managers and the Force Audit Board. Analysed process, benchmarking and performance data in relation to efficiency, economy and effectiveness and produced recommendations for improvement.

Front line policing. Disrupted activities of offenders by targeted patrols, stop/checks and searches, participated in warrants and 'crack house' closures. Investigated local crime and anti-social behaviour, dealing appropriately to achieve the best outcome for those involved. Worked with partner agencies to fulfil medium to long term crime reduction goals.
