Championed the criticality of the project to non-technical audiences, ensuring collaboration and engagement throughout the trust. Reduced Trust exposure (85% to <5%) with plans or mitigations in place for residual elements.Coordinated the implementation of an automated call tender (Netcall Liberty Converse) for the Switchboard Dept, resulting in reduced demand and improved service.

Managed a project to remediate cyber security vulnerabilities, resulting in a unified and collaborative approach to reducing organizational risk.Coordinated IT infrastructure improvements (e.g. LAN refresh) at core organization sites, acting as the central contact point between IT subject experts and organizational leaders.

Centrally coordinated work streams required to fast-time transition from a ‘scaled-back’ recruitment and training model, to one capable of significantly increasing the police officer establishment. Delivering key outcomes such as development of an intense recruitment calendar, estate and IT works to create a dedicated training centre, redevelopment of training and tutoring programs, reprofile of immediate and long-term supply chains (e.g. uniform/equipment, lockers, IT licences).Composed an outline business case in review of processes and IT systems used for recording staff training/skills. Avoided £500k of unnecessary spend by providing evidenced advice against a shift to an alternative market product.
