Working on financial issues with customers and suppliers and also keeping track of purchase orders, current/past project’s, wages , sickness and absence. Arranging on/off hire of vehicle’s and equipment for ongoing projects.

Brief Duties – Monitor and delegate work for a pool of 50+ staff from depots across the U.K, Europe and West Africa with various skills, for a large chemical/industrial cleaning and high pressure water jetting company. The work is usually on power stations or refineries across the U.K but can occasionally be on other sites stretching globally. Sorting out wages and holidays for staff, monitoring ongoing training records and carry out essential training programes along with staff appraisals. Working on Midas and Sage to reconcile financial issues with customers and suppliers and also keeping track of purchase orders, current/past project’s, wages , sickness and absence. Arranging on/off hire of vehicle’s and equipment for ongoing projects. My duties as the Health and Safety Coach were to monitor, promote and champion best practice within the south of the Uk.
