MAJOR DUTIES: Prompt respond to client requests for service and/or technical information.Preparing commercial offers for service outside of TBM contracts.Administer new TBM contracts from ex-works through commissioning and contractual performance milestoneCoordinate on-site installation, troubleshooting and component repair.Co-ordinate between Field Technicians, clients and suppliers regarding commercial administration of warranty and/or repair issues. Prioritize field manpower and Field Service Technician dispatch.Monitor work on site by Field Service Technicians.Responsible for all service employee safety on site and in office.Travel to site for inspection troubleshooting, TBM assembly or disassembly. Maintain detailed records of TBM service histories.Compile tooling lists for TBM assembly, disassembly and maintenance.Co-ordinate failure analysis reports for failed equipment.Maintain current drawing revisions to clients and Sales Agents.Provide site feedback to Engineering relating to design changes.Review and present monthly reports: operating TBM’s, warranties, returns, technician schedules, cost control, project status and service sales.
