- Responsible for day to day relationship management of a portfolio of Categorised CRE loans with principle objective to seek repayment of each loan over the contracted loan period.- Accountable for assessment of potential Bad and Doubtful debt losses on individual files and for implementing strategies to maximise repayment of each loan as soon as possible.- Maintaining close relationships with 3rd parties to ensure compliance with strategies and regularly confirming compliance with agreed strategies.- Experience of managing CRE connections and also in analysing and interpreting CRE valuations and annual accounts to ensure informed decision making for customers including calculating key ratios, interpreting cash flow forecasts, credit modelling techniques and assessing management teams.
