As an Industry Director Stuart combines his business and technical skills to support the consultancy needs of his clients across the entire project lifecycle including:• Planning and design development;• Procurement and construction; • Testing and commissioning;• Financial assessment;• Operations; and,• Maintenance and major periodic renewals.Stuart has also undertaken the delivery role of Project Director and Project Manager on major civil infrastructure projects on numerous occasions. He has a talent for the delivery of technically complex projects within challenging timeframes. He has the right business background and technical understanding to integrate the entire range of specialist skills required to deliver large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.Stuart is a degree qualified Civil Engineer and he is particularly knowledgeable in the technical aspects of major rail infrastructure projects. Stuart has international experience and he has practised in Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

As General Manager Technical Services Stuart provided oversight to the activities of the Calibre engineers, specialists and technicians across the Calibre Global business. Stuart was the Group Manager of the NSW/ACT transport infrastructure business unit and a key business leader within the AECOM transport market sector. As a General Manager Stuart was accountable for all aspects of the transport business in the NSW/ACT region and also supporting national and international efforts to position for, win and deliver major transport infrastructure projects.In this role Stuart hepled to develop and implement a highly successful business strategy centered on fostering enduring client relationships across all the transport infrastructure segments including road, rail, maritime and aviation. Stuart’s leadership has guided the group to experience a period of sustained success and extraordinary growth.
