Working for Featherstone High School I was tasked on leading a review of the current education services provided for schools in Ealing and design, develop and implement a new infrastructure with a 3 year delivery model. Key responsibilities included: - Performing comprehensive review of existing structure and benefits mapping for new structure. - Produce new model and 3 year strategy for services to 95 schools in Ealing. - Reporting every quarter to project board. - Developing new education delivery service, merging the delivery from Featherstone High School and London Broncos RFL.- Introduced Gantt charts to monitor programme delivery.- Leading on recruitment for staffing in new infrastructure, creating job descriptions and person specifications.
