As well as managing the process, I also acted as the Scrum master for all BAU development. • Application owner of SimCorp Dimension (SCD) application within the organisation and therefore responsible for all aspects of SCD from change to support, making sure all SLA's were correct and observed. Within ADIA, SimCorp is the most significant and extensively used integrated front to the back-office system, therefore impacting all business units within Asset Management. • Actively engage with a diverse number of business partners, (Fund Management, Operations, Account, Compliance, and Performance) to identify new opportunities/needs and translate them to product requirements & strategic roadmaps.• Asset Services team develops and supports the main investment business applications, and this includes SWIFT, TLM (Accounts reconciliation), TIBCO, MQ, and IMActions (Corporate Actions) with the main emphasis on SimCorp Dimension (SCD). The majority of the applications are built on SQL database backends using both Oracle and SQL Server. • Project managed all primary application functional upgrades as well as database and OS upgrades for all the supported applications. All projects completed on time and within budget.
