Manage and run a number of DevOps and L2 support teams for Capital Markets data warehouse and Market data systems. All applications maintained and supported within the AWS cloud.

• During 2018-20 I successfully managed a cross-functional team of 20 developers, B.A., testers and support technicians during a major 15M dollar program for the core investment and finance systems. This portfolio of 12 Projects were undertaken collaboratively using both in-house and Vendor resources. These projects designed and built using both AGILE and traditional waterfall methods. Also acted as AGILE product owner for several initiatives during this process.• As part of the DevOps 2019 transformation initiative, I successfully instigated and managed the rollout of AGILE software development practices to the team achieving substantial and quantifiable improvements to delivery and software quality. As well as managing the process, I also acted as the Scrum master for all BAU development. • Application owner of SimCorp Dimension (SCD) application within the organisation and therefore responsible for all aspects of SCD from change to support, making sure all SLA's were correct and observed. Within ADIA, SimCorp is the most significant and extensively used integrated front to the back-office system, therefore impacting all business units within Asset Management. • Actively engage with a diverse number of business partners, (Fund Management, Operations, Account, Compliance, and Performance) to identify new opportunities/needs and translate them to product requirements & strategic roadmaps.• Asset Services team develops and supports the main investment business applications, and this includes SWIFT, TLM (Accounts reconciliation), TIBCO, MQ, and IMActions (Corporate Actions) with the main emphasis on SimCorp Dimension (SCD). The majority of the applications are built on SQL database backends using both Oracle and SQL Server. • Project managed all primary application functional upgrades as well as database and OS upgrades for all the supported applications. All projects completed on time and within budget.

• Employed to build and manage a new 2nd level support team covering all major business applications within the organisation. This team expanded rapidly from its inception to support all investment applications within the organisation. I built this high performing team quickly and effectively by hiring, developing, and retaining top talent. • I managed a team of 25 technical support staff using ITIL best practices covering over 30 business applications. These included all applications used in the investment departments as well as Operations and Accounts departments.• As a hands-on IT manager, I worked alongside the team to resolve daily incidents this required me to have an in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology. The applications were hosted on a diverse infrastructure using both Oracle and SQL Server.

International finance Systems Group responsible for the support and management of Global Finance Applications As part of the banks' commitment to the 'follow the sun' model of global application support I was seconded to Singapore to build a team of dedicated application support experts for the banks' finance systems Responsible for the building and managing of the newly merged Commerzbank/Dresdner finance production support teams globally

• Production support manager for 1st and 2nd level Finance IT. Managing a global team of ten operating a "follow the sun support model". • Supported ten applications across diverse platforms and operating systems. The functions included the trading Sub ledger for London and the P&L application used by the investment bank.

• Project manager and team lead for the development and support for the Reporting Data Set (RDS). This project delivered a data warehouse for central reconciliation of the MIDAS, GLOSS, MUREX and Bloomberg systems (front and back office). This application was developed using the Informatica and Mercator ETL system sitting on a Sybase data warehouse. • The RDS system consolidates the information via a repository tool held on a Sybase database, reporting to risk control and global limits in the Frankfurt head office. The data was also used for the reporting to the Bank of England.
