I am a passionate Supply Chain leader with 20 years’ End to End Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical and CPG sector. Although my career to date has benefitted from Blue chip experience, I lead and approach my objectives with an entrepreneurial and startup spirit.My creative ability and inquisitive nature have allowed me to build a strong track record in strategy, process design, improvement and deployment, in planning, new product introduction and service improvement & recovery. This is not simply replacing old with new, but about enhancing the supply chain and business to keep pace with an ever-changing world and consumer.In my work life, customer (or end user) is at the centre of all my objectives. I am a consumer at the end of many supply chains and bring that experience to my job. I also take a keen interest in worldwide trends, changes in consumer behavior the impact of technology/ digital innovation that disrupts the world we live in. I employ, lead and consult experts in my team to deliver against simple and clear plans. Empowering and trusting my team and peer group has been at the core of the success in my career to date.
