Initial ideas and sketchesdeveloped through to A-surface design definition CAD data and specifications for issue to manufacturers.Actively liaising with fellow designers, marketing, engineering and far east manufacturers to successfully meet project timescales & budgets, as well as commercial and safety requirements.I have designed a number of successful products launched into the market-place,I was awarded a Red Dot Design Award in 2010, for my work on MG700.

As winner of the RSA’s Natural Disaster Relief competition, I was awarded with a four month internship within GSK’s Device Technology Group. I was part of a small in-house consultancy providing concept design and innovation on consumer healthcare products for brands such as: Panadol, NiQuitin, Aquafresh, Sensodyne Pronamel, Ribena and Lucozade. It was both challenging and rewarding to work on fast moving, diverse projects, for high profile international brands.

I experienced life as part of a small design consultancy working closely with two directors on wide ranging projects from performance sportswear to toothpaste dispensers. I was actively involved in various stages of the design process, from initial brainstorms, concept generation, sketch development, Photoshop rendering and producing visual presentations for clients. I gained a valuable insight into consultancy work and the teamwork required to make it a success. I took full advantage of the opportunity to learn Rhinoceros 3D.
