Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 Development - Dongara, Wa

► Coordinating and leading a team of ~10 INLEC technicians and 1 apprentice to ensure the safe and on-time commissioning (including programming, calibration, loop and functional testing, start-up, fault-finding and preventative, breakdown and shutdown maintenance) of the following E&I (electrical and instrumentation) systems and equipment across the gas plant:⇨ Pressure, level, flow, density, temperature, vibration, speed, fire and gas detectors, sensors, transmitters, positioners and controllers, as well as gas analyses, gas chromatographs, positioners, relays, controllers, safety critical and control valves, PLC’s, DCS, SCADA, SIS, UPS, VSD’s/VFD’s, RTU’s, MCC’s, ESD’s, DB’s, CB’s, substations, switchgear and panels⇨ PAGA, data and communications systems, single and 3-phase motors, HV/LV cabling, and general power and lighting► Providing technical and procedural guidance and support to my team members, ensuring alignment with schedules, checking completions for high-quality workmanship, and modelling productive workplace attitudes and behaviours► Developing, executing and tracking ITP’s, ITR’s, FIC’s and NCR’s, as well as QA/QC of punch listed items, compilation and verification of dossiers, and redlining, greenlining, yellowlining or bluelining of drawings► Design, verification, approval and installation of safe isolations in compliance with site PTW and LOTO systems and processes, and de-isolations for reinstatements/returns to production► Installation, inspection, maintenance and rectification of Ex d, Ex e, Ex i, Ex m, Ex n, Ex p, Ex tD, Ex ia/b and DIP rated Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas► Using HART and Foundation Fieldbus protocol devices, analogue software, serial communications and network devices (same for many roles below)► Reading and interpreting data sheets, loop drawings, P&ID’s, schematics and AS/NZS Standards (same for all roles below)► Using Hexagon CMS to prepare MDR’s, integrate commissioning processes, and manage EDMS.

Nickel Refinery, Silicon Smelter & Midstream Lng Plant - Wa & Qld

☛ With Arra Group at BHP’s Kwinana Nickel Refinery (2 months)► On shift providing frontline breakdown maintenance services and conducting PM’s for electrical systems and equipment on site-wide production plant and equipment including acid leach and autoclave areas, steam turbine, furnaces, utilities, ball mills, conveyors, belt filter, HV and substations, and ABB PCS (Process Control Systems), and associated isolations► Isolations and de-isolations in compliance with PTW and LOTO systems (and same for many roles below).☛ With TAM (Turbine Australasian Maintenance) at APLNG Midstream Plant (2 months)► Maintenance of electrical systems and equipment for turbine shutdowns, and calibration of auxiliary instrumentation. ☛ With BMF Electrical at Simcoa’s Kemerton Silicon Smelter (3 months)► MCC work scope for a shutdown, including installation of control equipment on a winch system, and associated isolations, de-isolations, and reconnection of motors.

Inpex Ichthys Explorer Cpf - Browse Basin, Offshore Wa

Monadelphous provides construction and maintenance services to the oil and gas, mining, refining and civil sectors, and they’re contracted for operational, campaign and shutdown maintenance, and brownfield project implementation services for the Ichthys Explorer Central Processing Facility (CPF). The CPF is the world’s largest column-stabilised, offshore semi-submersible production platform, supporting hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities, and accommodation for 200 people. Employed as an INLEC (instrumentation and electrical) Technician for campaign maintenance, core role deliverables included (but were not limited to):► Preventative maintenance of E&I (electrical and instrumentation) systems and equipment as per 3-weekly work revision requirements to maintain the integrity of critical function testing for legislative requirements on topsides and utilities ► Modules worked on included gas export compressors, chemical injection, booster compression, dehydration, fuel gas, riser balcony, firewater, MPG’s, emergency generators, fire and gas, UPS system, and battery backup rooms► Used TOSTR CMS (Completions Management Systems) to prepare MDR’s, integrate commissioning and project progress management processes, and manage the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS)► Instrumentation calibrations, verification and stroking of valves, and testing and repair of emergency lighting.

Bayu-Undan Offshore Oil & Gas Complex - Timor Sea, Offshore Nt

Clough Amec provides operations, maintenance and shutdown services for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. They are contracted to provide asset support, operations and maintenance services to the Bayu-Undan offshore development complex, which includes a wellhead platform, CUQ (compression, utilities and quarters platform), DPP (drilling, production and processing platform), and the Liberdade FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading Facility). Employed as an INLEC Technician in the Core Maintenance Crew and working across the FSO, CUQ, DPP and wellhead platform, core role deliverables included (but were not limited to):► Preventative maintenance of E&I systems and equipment for topsides oil and gas production and processing modules on the CUQ, DPP and FSO in line with monthly work scope revision, as well as installation and commissioning of E&I systems and equipment on the wellhead platform for a new well scope, and associated QA/QC documentation for completions► Provided hands-on supervision and coaching for Timor-Leste E&I technicians to maximise national workforce capabilityDeveloped Permits and JHA’s for standard and high risk works, installed isolations, and de-isolated for reinstatements► Installation, inspection, maintenance and/or rectification of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA).

► With TAMS for shutdown maintenance of E&I systems and equipment on gas turbines at the APLNG midstream plant (including Bentley Nevada condition monitoring system), and with Instrowest for shutdown maintenance of E&I systems and equipment at Kleenheat’s Gas Plant (including calibrations and function testing for process and storage areas).

Fqm’S Cobre Panama Copper Mine - Republic Of Panama, South America

► Scoped outstanding E&I works, drafted and coordinated work packs and permits for completion scopes, allocated labour, and supervised completions tasks for QA/QC compliance purposes and to ensure readiness for handover to commissioning► Used PIMS CMS (Completions Management Systems) to prepare MDR’s, integrate commissioning and project progress management processes, and manage the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).

Prelude Flng - Perth, Wa

► Used SAP CMMS and worked collaboratively with vendors to develop work packs and Permits for E&I completions and maintenance scopes for LNG production systems onboard the Prelude FLNG facility.

► Conducted visual and detailed inspections of E&I (electrical and instrumentation) works executed by subcontractors in the LNG and CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) Areas, and on the product load out jetty, including LNG trains, scrubbers, Gas Turbine Generators (GTG’s), Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s), and Steam Turbine Generators (STG’s)► Reviewed ITP’s and ITR’s, conducted EEHA inspections for compliance with site specifications, and developed NCR’s (Non Conformance Reports) to ensure any identified deviations or QA/QC issues were addressed.
