As the founder and lead instructor of Operation Cairngorms, I deliver high-impact training in outdoor, bushcraft, and survival skills, drawing on over a decade of military service and real-world experience across diverse terrains, from Middle Eastern deserts to Norwegian mountains.Operation Cairngorms goes beyond traditional outdoor training. We empower participants to build resilience, connect with nature, and thrive in the wilderness, with a focus on peer support and a strong sense of community—particularly for military veterans and active service members preparing for transition. By offering a bridge for active personnel to establish supportive networks before leaving the forces, we help veterans and service members develop confidence, self-reliance, and lasting connections.We are also expanding to partner with corporate organizations on a pioneering ESG-based pilot program. Through tailored outdoor training days, we aim to support corporate teams both mentally and physically, offering valuable experiences in resilience, team cohesion, and personal well-being.
