I have a variety of roles and responsibilities within the Academy, these include managing compliance to Club Academy Scotland criteria together with arranging and managing fixtures. In season 2014-15 I successfully project managed with the support of a great team the achievement of the SFA Club Academy Scotland Silver Star Status. We became one of only 14 clubs to achieve this in Scotland and the only League 1 club Academy to achieve.As one of the Goalkeeping coaches I am responsible for supporting the development of young goalkeepers.2010/11 season was a great achievement for all concerned within the Academy and I was proud to have been part of the coaching team that won the SFL Under 17s League. We went the season undefeated in the league and only conceded 8 goals during the league campaign.During the summer of 2015 I assumed the role as Child Protection Officer for the Academy.

Between January 2001 and August 2014 I provided a wide range of training and development solutions.
