Developed a new to market supplier within the diesel emissions category, from creating a time-bound plan of action to ensuring those actions are understood and being met via frequent visits to the plant site. Actions broken out by manufacturing, engineering, quality, strategy, and material planning.Ensured upstream supply availability was funneling to the new to market supplier in as optimal a manner as possible, and that all upstream suppliers had lead times, order quantities, and frequencies properly aligned to demand projections at the plant. Negotiated a Direct Supply Agreement with the biggest supplier we have within the diesel emission category.

Managed a premier on-highway truck OEM generating $11B annually from an emissions product standpoint. Facilitated product changes across the diesel and natural gas segments, driving communication and ensuring understanding of the changes were fully understood by the customer through coordination with customer application engineers. Spearheaded a smooth new product launch through regular meetings with strategy, sourcing, and engineering teams to ensure there were no gaps in planning for product structural changes versus what the current product structure offered.Represented the customer internally in demand control meetings, ensuring market size, market share, and penetration calculations accurately represented the customer's forecast coming from their large fleet orders, plant build schedules and EDI transmissions.

Represented the parts and service component of all new product launch programs to ensure product introductions kept the serviceability and aftermarket strategy in mind as they rolled out. Worked with field service sales and engineering to identify key replacement components and coordinated service kits with the material planners at each of the 4 global distribution centers.Interfaced with upstream suppliers to ensure we had a direct sourcing line to keep stock replenished at the key distribution centers.
