Main area of focus is over the Intramural department of our University Recreation department. Equipping the young men and women, who have an interest in officiating one of our various intramural sports and have little to no experience in the officiating field, to a professional standard and a growing understanding of the respective game at hand. Aside from equipping and training, releasing those that are currently not meeting the learning curve and encouraging them in areas that need growth in hope that they will return the following season.
