Head of PCB Direct Channel, managing a team of telephonists and Relationship Directors to increase market share and contribute to divisional target.Accountabilities:• Responsible for implementing departmental objectives and targets • Responsible for sourcing data / opportunities in niche markets • Responsible for the setting of individual team objectives and ongoing development• Responsible for reporting through a suite of MI on a regular basis• Progress against business targets inclusive of individual pipeline management • Responsible for ongoing opportunity referrals to other Relationship Directors within PCB • Responsible for the deliverance of relevant compliance requirements of the team

• Management of an existing back book portfolio of 80+ clients with a minimum turnover of £15m • Grow portfolio within agreed targets through new acquisitions and networking• Identification of business needs through client engagement and ability to negotiate client specific needs • Work with peers to ensure business objectives are achieved through shared best practice• Maintain a contact programme through telephone, face to face and appropriate correspondence

• Creation and Management of accurate Management Information• Validation of M.I through rigorous checking • Coaching of staff through 1:1 and team sessions• Risk Management/AML Monitoring is undertaken and achieved
