In the absence of the Sales Director I assumed the role and as such was responsible for the daily sales numbers for the Sales Floor of 40 Account Managers. The later stages of my time within the organisation was driven by the integration of the DSGi Business sites. I was heavily involved in the planning and the change implementation of new systems and processes. This allowed me to work closely with Senior Managers from around the business, learn new skills and get more involved with how the business was run. I learnt a lot about managing change both from a personnel perspective and a company wide perspective.
