To train and develop field based Inspector Drivers nationally to proficiently appraise vehicles for our customers. Create and manage driver support team and develop the training and staff to support customers' continually evolving needs and support our Inspector Driver force. Create and maintain a class-leading two day training course for new Inspector Drivers. Encourage passion for the role through creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:• Inspecting End-of-Lease vehicles to a consistent high standard• Constantly working to improve the quality of results from myself and my drivers• Organising my team of drivers to deliver vehicles with maximum effectiveness• Promptly dealing with uploading images, end of day/month reports and queries relating• Driving safely and efficiently• Working as part of a team and also under my own initiative by communicating effectively with all levels of management• Providing Excellent Customer Service to our customers and clients.Achievements including but not limited to:• Successfully administered inspection/distribution of 250 vehicles in one location in absence of Team Leader who was taken ill.• My company vehicle has one of the lowest pence-per-mile costs (below the average) on the fleet despite having one of the highest mileages on the fleet• Key Performance Indicators met or surpassed• Repeatedly given excellent feedback from our customers whom I deal with face to face• Encouraging other Inspectors to work together to get more cars delivered• Despite the nature of our work, no customer or client that I’ve dealt with has ever made a complaint

Teaching Piano, Organ and Keyboard skills to all ages and ability levels. Enabling self confidence and encouraging self belief and development in others . Providing motivation, inspiration and aspiration to young children right through to the retired, from beginners to established players.
