I worked in the provision department for the corporate section of a thriving telecoms company based in London. My duties included placing orders for new and existing customers. As we dealt only with the high spend/corporate customers, high levels of customer service and professionalism were a must. We dealt within very short turnaround times so it is imperative that I worked fast and efficiently. As well as this I was on call 24 hours to pickup emails or taking inbound calls from customers with faults on their landlines, broadband services and circuits. It’s a very high pressure job and in during my there here I relished the new challenges put in front of me.

My duties include taking inbound calls from customers with faults on their mobile phones, land lines and broadband lines. My motivation was reflected in my monthly bonus, topping the mobile up-sell bonus 6 months running. Before I left the company I was given the task of managing all mobile faults that come into the department and have kept on top of these at all times. My role involved me using web-based products such as Eco Repair, Openreach Portal, Opal Portal and its service management centre and the Gamma Portal. Most of the products we dealt with were WLR3 and LLU, single and multi-lines.
