As a Treasurer with a strong customer service background, Stuart offers expertise in banking relationships, cash management, financial risk management, development of funding and investment strategies for corporate assets and corporate debt. Stuart’s work spans companies and business units at various stages of growth, including start-up, established, and turnaround settings. Stuart has made significant contributions in succession planning and compiling of short-term and long-term cash forecasts, implementing a consolidated price book for global sales, coordinating company activities relating to banking and risk management, evaluating bank services and fees, monitoring bank performance, managing the company’s debt capital portfolio and participated in debt refinancing and issuance for company. Stuart’s career started in Washington DC working for Paychex, a payroll processing company. He slowly moved on to handle Stock Administration, Corporate and State Taxes, Sales Finance, and eventually Treasury. He has worked for such companies as Willis Towers Watson (formally Watson Wyatt), Sprint Nextel, CACI and now Gemalto (formally SafeNet). Stuart is married and has three young kids. He enjoys camping with the family and golfing with the guys. He is a huge college football fan (Go Hokies!) and is a big DC area sports team fan.
