I have enjoyed a fantastic career of over 29 years in the insurance industry, looking after and managing the Personal Lines department. I also look after commercial businesses across a wide range of sectors. My approach is to develop a deep understanding of my clients’ businesses, and the industry sectors they operate in, so I can tailor the right insurance and risk management solutions for their needs. Working for DCJ Group Insurance and Risk Management and being part of the GRP Group means that I have access to insurers across the market, and to enhanced products and risk management services, giving me the tools I need to provide the right protection. I like to feel my clients consider me to be a trusted advisor. By this, I mean I take the time to firstly understand my clients business inside and out, then provide them with the best possible insurance and risk management advice to protect their business comprehensively should they ever have a need to make a claim.
