I collaborated with a cross-functional team of developers, marketing managers and designers to develop new experiences for e-commerce sites in the automotive industry. Using content-agnostic CMS platforms and responsive design (similar to Wordpress and Squarespace), our focus was to create templates, themes, and tools to improve the user experience for car dealerships and car manufacturers. Due to certain contract obligations, I cannot show any work at this time. Please check back for updates.Responsibilities included building out responsive frameworks, art direction, wire-framing, white-boarding, device testing, and specing w/ asset creation.

I worked with Airphrame to build the newest version of their consumer-facing website, which was published in 2014. I continue to play a Senior Designer/ Art Director role in the creation of internal project management interfaces for clients and Airphrame employees.

During the winter of 2014, while working with the Creative Director and Design Lead(s), I worked on multiple clients’ ecommerce sites, providing new additions and revisions while working within the established brand. I also revised and adapted banner marketing campaigns.

Design Lead for rebranding of an e-commerce sports retail client. Joining the team after a new brand and conceptual development was already chosen, I led the art direction and creative expansion across the site, working with Lyons Demandware wireframes and presented milestone reviews with the client.

Working on multiple small features of the current product build, working with prototypers and developers to build final designs, explored North-Star concepting and re-designing of current product experiences, consulting and designing horizontally across product features with an emphasis on visual systems to unify the brand’s experiences.

Design and production of materials for multiple proposals, presentations, and in-house requirements of the marketing team. Work included numerous publications and individual printwork, posters and boards, digital presentation materials, and website updating.

Portland, Oregon Area

Designing graphic aesthetics and functionality of architectural detailing and wayfinding signage. Work includes aesthetic murals, banners, store and wayfinding directories, directional plaques, etc. Environments include retail, higher education, corporate offices, outdoor signage, etc.

Frequent and multiple projects for advertising and promotion of numerous student/campus organizations, wayfinding and identity systems for the building. Daily duties included multiple applications of promotional printwork, brainstorming & creation of concepts, working with large plotters, print output & distribution, collaboration with other university employees and staff.
