Within this role I managed a large campaign team (Campaign execution & Data selection, Technical build / delivery & more latent manual production processes). The work followed key campaign delivery processes, including all the risks and governance sitting within the Financial Services world. I held full team responsibility & accountability to service all types of comms, working with the various areas of the bank (Product, Tech, Business, Digital, Ops). My role as the Head of Campaigns varied from day-to-day from managing the process, managing the team through to also mitigating risks and issues – including liaising with senior leadership on Demand, Team Output + the many ways in which we operated for the business teams. I led the process e2e - business demand in to CCO (Customer Communications Operations), through to the end of delivery.* Managed a global team of 132 UK & India campaign managers, data analysts, OTX & SFMC Tech experts.* Set Objectives and plans for all team members.* Business Lead on multi-channel, multi-step delivery, including follow-up mailings, SMS & Emails – utilising the best of our HP-Exstream software & Salesforce tools.* Driven strategy for comms delivery – to automate day-to-day / repeat activity, to enhance digital and cost effective channels. Bring efficiency and Cost Savings to each business area / Project Teams.* Led “Risk management” for team and process back to internal audit and risk/governance teams.* Driven a central focus for bringing Project Transformation and Vendor services under one roof with CCO. Bringing together the mandatory items and the collaboration to enhance the overall customer and business experience working with CCO.* Led the new centralised Demand team (bespoke process was created in 2021) for all CCO requests for Campaign delivery/ Ops/ Data & Tech Solutions.*Visited India, for Training colleagues both in Campaign & data execution- growing the responsibility of the team inline with business objectives.
