STUART IS HEAD OF THE FAMILY & MATRIMONIAL DEPARTMENTStuart joined the Firm in 2012 and became a partner in December 2013 and is now a director of Stuart D Hughes Limited, one of the Firm's corporate partners. Stuart has specialised since qualification in 1993 in the area of Family & Matrimonial law. Stuart is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Scheme and is an all issues Mediator trained by Resolution.WHAT CAN STUART DO FOR YOU?Stuart advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown including marriage and civil partnerships. Injunctive Relief (domestic abuse and financial proceedings).
