The role involved the effective and profitable management of the Terminal 1 property interests in accordance with the BAA Property strategy. To provide excellent customer service and value for money whilst ensuring building quality and safety standards are met. Other key role requirements included:> The negotiation and management of 132 agreements for 30 different airline and support organizations occupying nearly 300,000 sq.ft. of the Terminal, generating £12m per annum.> Responsible for a revenue budget of £150k and capital budget of £200k per annum.> To meet with the entire customer base on a regular basis to discuss their business critical property requirements; to devise and deliver action plans to meet these needs and ensure maximum customer satisfaction through delivery of an efficient property management service.> To lead, coach and develop the property manager to enable them to achieve their targets.> To provide expert opinion and advice to other internal stakeholders and business partners on property related issues in the day-to-day running of the business and within the project & development spheres.> To directly manage the property management database for T1 and to ensure 100% accuracy in data and invoicing detail at all times. To monitor and close down any bad debts, resolve invoicing disputes and ensure steady cashflow into the business.>To ensure that all property accommodation is inspected regularly throughout the year with result s recorded and infringements recorded and closed down to minimize risk to the business. Overall to ensure that the property portfolio is safe, secure and occupied in accordance with existing and new environmental and sustainability best practice.
