Leading a team of eight property management personnel. Responsible for the performance management & motivation of the whole team and to ensure alignment of annual personal targets to the Property and Airport business strategies.> Responsible for an income stream of around £30m generated out of approximately 380 tenancy agreements from an asset base of around £2bn. Focused on maximizing rental returns within a highly regulated environment and to ensure that the business grows in line with shareholder and stakeholder expectations. As part of this I was involved with detailed business planning and budgeting to ensure that the business unit targets and group airport Property targets are delivered and exceeded by the team.> A large element of the role revolves around the strategic management of property agreements in order to facilitate the expansion of the wider Airport infrastructure and to maximize returns from the portfolio.
