Established inaugural function, secured a $30 mio budget from the Board, built a team and researched, developed and launched three highly successful national advertising campaigns. These campaigns were instrumental in reviving the moribund annuities category, driving Challenger's sales from $514 mio to $6 bio (FY90 to FY15), and garnering 12 domestic and international advertising and/or marketing awards.
