Key milestones and core development patterns introduced to enable clarity for all stake holders ranging from developers, departments, sales, management, clients and investors.During the earlier first stage this required not just understanding each persons input, but physically working on various software components in order to understand and evaluate each process. This involved moving away from a comfortable and well established Microsoft technologies background to hands-on development in a mixed C, Java, Python, Perl *nix based frameworks. Personally took charge of development and re-architecting the solution to work as a Cloud based solution. Within a short period of time, I became the lead architect responsible for planning and vision across all departments.Major innovations saw not only productivity improvement, but via direct development saw significant product improvement in terms of efficiently. For example, the ability to process a single Human DNA sample in less than 10 minutes to running > 800 sample in an hour. In perspective, common tools can take > 12 hrs for a single sample.
