Current• Uphold customer satisfaction by meeting with customers through sales opportunities, quarterly reviews, and especially during support issues.• Track, monitor and report Customer Satisfaction Performance Measures, including Customer Satisfaction Surveys• Provide team leadership and management to a team of 22 professionals: - Manage workload; prioritize and assign resources. - Hire, build and motivate effective teams. - Deliver performance management through consistent feedback, coaching & mentoring, and through development planning.• Work closely with peers to achieve company, department and personal goals.• Oversee the development, maintenance and performance of process management and operational framework Standard Operating Procedures.
