I work at Meany Hall at the University of Washington 3 days a week, supporting their SQL/Tessitura database.

• Developed, built, deployed and managed a reconciliation test suite for catching and reporting financial and other errors across any of the organization’s many SQL databases; test suite included dashboard with graphical summary, drilldown by category and interactive links to resolve issues• Led and executed development of a custom data bridge and reports between point-of-sale and the City Pass tourist coupon book databases• Led a project and built SQL infrastructure for reconversion of data between the old museum collection database (CIS) and TMS (The Museum System), improving collection data integrity and increasing Registrar staff’s efficiency; utilized data improvement methodologies including SIPOC, Pareto charts, and FMEA workshops• Built SQL infrastructure to re-import data from point-of-sale to membership database, improving data integrity and enabling Development Department to accurately track attendance• Developed a duplicate membership merge report, increasing integrity between membership databases• Consulted on development of a custom data bridge between the point-of-sale and membership databases and provided subsequent support and maintenance• Provided primary support for Raiser’s Edge membership database; Supported SQL databases including: Galaxy 3 (point-of-sale), HR Office 7.5 and TMS (The Museum System) 9.35 (collections database)

• Managed the two primary databases (Tessitura and Artsoft) used for fundraising, ticket selling, & marketing• Led weekly meetings for Tessitura database users group• Managed the data conversion from Tickets.com Artsoft to Tessitura• Wrote update queries, stored procedures and scheduled jobs with T-SQL using SQL Query Analyzer and MS Enterprise Manager; Wrote reports in Sybase Infomaker• Provided back-up Help Desk network and desktop support for MS Windows and Office Suite
