Experienced in leading and implementing a vision for the department and its students. I focus on inclusion, diversity, excellence, and pastoral and academic growth, while collaborating with other music disciplines and creating opportunities for students to perform and work in concerts and in the local community.I am passionate about education and music, and I combine both at a college close to my heart, where I also studied music as a student. I have a BA in Music from the University of Liverpool, and I am a pianist, organist, singer, and music arranger and composer. I have performed and taught music in various settings, including schools, churches, cathedrals, and colleges. I value principles, a hard work ethic, morals, and generosity of spirit as standard, and I love learning new skills, making video albums, and wearing bow ties and odd socks.
