As a Recruitment Manager, I looked after the team in our southern hub based in Hook. I was also the Senior Recruitment Business Partner, heading up the recruitment delivery for Virgin Media's Business Division. I was the key recruitment link for all stakeholders and responsible for designing, delivery and reporting on Sourcing Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Employer Brand and the candidate experience. Delivery into this area was multi-functional across differing business sectors and covers the entire UK location.
